Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Agwheel AI at agwheelai.in. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Agwheel AI helps businesses plan, create and run advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) using AI-generated strategy, creatives and copy.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.
• Information you give us must be accurate.

3. Connected accounts and ads

• You must have the right to manage any Facebook Page, Instagram account or ad account you connect.
• You are responsible for your ads and must follow Meta's Advertising Standards and applicable law.
• Ad spend is billed by Meta to your ad account and is separate from Agwheel AI fees.
• Review AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee any specific ad results.

4. Payments

Paid plans and wallet top-ups are charged as shown on the Pricing page. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Agwheel AI for unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content, to send spam, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

6. Your content

You own the content you upload and the content generated for you. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Agwheel AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
