Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Agwheel AI ("Agwheel AI", "we", "us"), operating at agwheelai.in, collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website and services. We are based in India. By using Agwheel AI you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, optional mobile number and password, used to create and sign in to your account. Passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash, never in plain text.
• Business information: details you enter about your business, brand, products, audience and campaigns.
• Content you upload: images, videos and other media you add to your gallery or campaigns.
• Facebook and Instagram data: if you choose to connect your Meta account, we receive an access token and, based on the permissions you grant, your basic profile (name, email), the list of Facebook Pages you manage, Page engagement data, connected Instagram accounts, Business Manager information, and ad account and ad performance data.
• Payment information: plan and transaction records. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store them.
• Usage data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referral codes, used for security and analytics.

2. How we use information

• To provide the service: generate ad strategies, creatives, copy and budgets, and create or manage campaigns on your connected Meta ad accounts when you ask us to.
• To show you reports on your Pages and ad performance.
• To authenticate you, secure your account and prevent fraud.
• To process payments and manage your subscription or wallet.
• To send you service messages (for example password reset links, campaign approvals and account notices).
• To improve and support the service.

We use data received from Meta only to provide features you have requested, in line with the Meta Platform Terms. We do not sell your data, and we do not use Facebook or Instagram data for advertising to you or to build profiles for third parties.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run Agwheel AI, and only as needed:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) — to connect your accounts and run campaigns you approve.
• AI providers (such as OpenAI and Runway) — to generate text, images and video from the inputs you provide.
• Cloud hosting, database and media storage providers (such as Cloudinary).
• Payment gateways (such as Cashfree) — to process payments.
• Email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging providers — to deliver password reset links, approvals and notifications.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Meta access tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted when you disconnect your Meta account or delete your Agwheel AI account. After account deletion we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records (for example invoices) by law.

5. Your rights and choices

• You can access and update your information from your dashboard.
• You can disconnect Facebook/Instagram at any time from your dashboard, or from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
• You can ask us to delete your data. See Data Deletion Instructions.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, encryption of Meta access tokens and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Children

Agwheel AI is meant for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
